exploring bodywork & healing

A human being is a whole universe

Announcing my new professional office in the heart of Oyster Bay, my new home for practicing bodywork.

Bodywork?

Like massage (which I'm licensed in since 1991), but more.  It's a conversation with deeply listening hands, to help you feel better.

Pain, stress, malaise, overwork can be addressed  Sometimes issues that haven't found relief through other means get resolved.  Or, come if you simply love deely attuned healing work, radiant and grounded.  Work is done fully clothed.

My work is informed by polarity energy work, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and hospice practice; yoga, Pilates, and athletics; and decades as a professional harpist and horse farmer.

Fundamentally, it's not about applying techniques.  It's simply a conversation -- using hands, talk, and feeling -- about what's going on, in search of what feels good and meaningful.

Come discover my deeply listening approach to hands-on healing.
